Le Comptoir Robuchon is a tribute to Joel Robuchon’s legacy, simplicity, consistency and attention to detail.
In respecting his passion for “la cuisine”, we offer you a selection of simple yet sophisticated dishes to share, a combination of some of the classic Robuchon recipes, together with some seasonal specials.

Joël Robuchon, the French chef and restaurateur, known as ‘Chef of the Century’, held the most Michelin stars ever awarded and was a humble perfectionist with a strong work ethic.
A true visionary, he revolutionised the fine-dining world, rebelling against the entrenched rules of French cooking. He instead focused on simplicity utilising the highest quality ingredients, elevating hearty fare to a new level, always producing wonderful dishes consistently.
With his passing, members of his team are delighted to continue his legacy by introducing two new sites to London: Le Comptoir and Le Deli. “The older I get, the more I realise the truth: the simpler the food, the more exceptional it can be,” he reflected.
Le Comptoir is an evolved new restaurant which is vibrant, buzzy and convivial. Head chef Dario Avenca brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the industry for over 15 years alongside some of the world’s most renowned chefs, including Alain Ducasse and Yu Sugimoto, most recently at London’s The Square (1*). Dario will lead the team at Robuchon’s London outposts.
A casual, yet sophisticated, all day dining deli serving breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks. Le Deli will also offer a carefully selected range of wines, teas, cheeses, pastries and breads all handmade with quality ingredients. Many of the products in the deli are those which Joël Robuchon chose and championed.
